If you believe a payment didn’t go through—or if a lesson or subscription charge isn’t appearing—TeachMe.To Support can help verify your transaction through Stripe.

Sometimes banks block charges, payments fail silently, or transactions don’t sync correctly. To resolve this quickly, we’ll need a few details from you.


Why a Charge Might Not Appear

A missing or failed Stripe charge can happen due to:

  • Bank declines or fraud-prevention blocks
  • Expired or incorrect card details
  • Delayed updates from your bank
  • An incomplete checkout attempt
  • A technical interruption during payment

No matter the cause, we can help identify what happened.


Information We Need to Locate Your Charge

If we’re unable to locate a payment in Stripe, we’ll ask you to provide the following so we can verify the transaction:

✔ Email address connected to the payment

This helps us search your customer record and any associated charges.

✔ Last 4 digits of the credit or debit card used

Stripe uses the last 4 digits to identify the correct payment source.

✔ Screenshot of the receipt or payment transaction

A screenshot from:

  • Your bank app
  • Email receipt
  • Card statement
  • CashApp / Google Pay activity (if applicable)

This helps confirm whether the charge attempted, succeeded, or was blocked by your bank.


What Happens After You Share These Details?

Once Support receives your information, we will:

  1. Search your account and all Stripe logs
  2. Verify whether the charge succeeded, failed, or never reached Stripe
  3. Reconcile your account balance or lesson credits if needed
  4. Help you complete payment if the charge was unsuccessful

If an issue occurred with Stripe or your payment method, we’ll guide you through next steps to resolve it.
