How do I update my personal information?
Learn how to update your personal information as a TeachMe.To coach. Name, email, and phone number changes must be requested through TMT Support in the Coach App.
Some personal information—like your name, email, and phone number—cannot currently be edited directly inside the TeachMe.To Coach App. Because these details are tied to your identity verification, payout account, and Student communication, changes must be handled securely by our Support team.
Here’s how to request an update:
What Information Can’t Be Edited in the App?
The following fields cannot currently be updated by coaches on their own:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
These fields are connected to your payout identity, account login, and your DOTS verification.
How to Request a Change
If you need to update any of the above information, please contact Support directly:
- Coach App
- Messages
- TMT Support
- Send us a chat
Include the information you want updated and any relevant verification details.
Our Support team will make the changes securely on your behalf.
Why Can’t I Change This Info Myself?
Because these fields are tied to:
- Your one-time passcode (OTP) login
- Your DOTS payout account
- Identity and tax verification
- Coach-Student communication
Manual changes could cause issues with payouts, login, or account security.
For now, these updates must be handled by our internal team.
Password Changes Aren’t Needed
The TeachMe.To Coach App does not use passwords.
You log in using one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your phone number or email—so there’s no password reset or password-change option.
If you lose access to your email or phone number, contact Support right away so we can update your credentials securely.
