Do I need a background check to teach?

Yes. You can launch your profile without one, but to stay active past your first month, every coach needs a completed, approved background check. You can handle this right in the app — submit an existing valid check, or get a new one through our partner Dots (a few minutes, $10).

For U.S. coaches: Dots is easiest, but you can use another provider if it's from our approved list below:
