Once you book a lesson on TeachMe.To, you can communicate with your coach directly inside the app. Whether you need to ask a question, confirm a meeting point, share preferences, or discuss goals, all communication is centralized and secure.
Here’s how to reach your coach:
Message Your Coach Directly
After booking, a chat thread automatically appears in your TeachMe.To app.
You can use it to:
- Ask questions about your lesson
- Coordinate meeting locations
- Share equipment needs or preferences
- Clarify expectations
- Send quick updates before your session
To message your coach:
- Open the TeachMe.To app
- Go to the Chat tab
- Tap your coach’s name to start messaging
Messages are delivered instantly and stay organized by booking.
Call Your Coach Using the In-App Calling Feature
For time-sensitive updates or quick clarifications, you can also call your coach directly through the app.
In-app calling:
- Protects your personal phone number
- Keeps communication private and secure
- Helps you coordinate on the day of the lesson
- Works only after a confirmed booking
To start a call:
- Open the Chat tab
- Select your coach
- Tap the Call button
