I’m having trouble with payment or checkout
If you’re having trouble completing a payment on TeachMe.To, try another payment method or contact Support. We accept credit/debit cards, Google Pay, CashApp, Link, and gift cards.
If you’re running into issues completing your payment or finishing checkout, it’s usually caused by a card validation error, a declined transaction, or a temporary bank block. Try the steps below and reach out to Support if the issue continues.
1. Try Another Payment Method
TeachMe.To accepts several secure payment options:
- All major credit and debit cards
- Google Pay
- Link
- CashApp
- TeachMe.To Gift Cards
If your first payment attempt fails, try switching to one of the alternatives above.
2. Common Reasons a Payment May Fail
Payments may not process for reasons such as:
- Your bank declining the transaction
- Wrong card number or ZIP code
- Insufficient funds
- Expired card
- Using a restricted card type (e.g., some prepaid cards)
- Bank fraud prevention rules
- Network interruptions during checkout
If your bank blocks the transaction, a quick call or text to them often resolves it.
3. Try Refreshing or Restarting Checkout
Before trying again:
- Fully close and reopen the app
- Refresh the checkout screen
- Re-enter your payment details carefully
If you’re on a browser, try clearing your cache or switching to a different browser.
4. Using a TeachMe.To Gift Card
If you’re paying with a gift card:
- Enter the full gift card code at checkout
- Ensure your balance covers the full amount
- If the balance is lower, you can pay the remainder using another method
Gift cards never expire and can be applied to lessons, packs, or subscriptions.
