My lesson isn’t showing up in my account

If a lesson isn’t appearing in your TeachMe.To account, try refreshing, logging out, or reinstalling the app. Learn troubleshooting steps and how to contact Support.

If a scheduled lesson isn’t appearing in your TeachMe.To account, it’s usually caused by syncing delays or an outdated app version. Try the steps below to refresh your account and reload your lessons.


1. Refresh Your App

Start with a quick refresh:

  • Close the app completely
  • Reopen it
  • Navigate to the Home or Schedule tab

This forces the app to reload your upcoming lessons.


2. Log Out and Log Back In

Sometimes your session simply needs to reset.

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to the menu
  3. Tap Log Out
  4. Log back in using your phone number and OTP code

This re-syncs your account with the latest server data.


TeachMe.To frequently updates the app with performance fixes and improvements. If your lessons still aren’t showing up:

  1. Delete the app from your device
  2. Re-download the latest version from the App Store or Google Play
  3. Log back in using your phone number

Reinstalling clears cached data and ensures you’re on the most up-to-date build.

We frequently update the app. If you are having any issues try deleting and re-downloading the app so that you have the most up-to-date version. If not, shoot us an email!
