Refund Policy for Gift Cards
Gift cards are generally not refundable, except in the following specific scenarios:
✔ The Coach is no longer available
If the gift card was intended for a specific coach and that coach becomes unavailable in the area, you may request a refund.
✔ A pack of lessons could not be fulfilled
If the gift card was used to purchase:
- A multi-lesson package…and those lessons cannot be delivered (e.g., instructor unavailable), refunds may apply on a case-by-case basis to the remaining lessons.
Outside of these conditions, gift cards are non-refundable.
Checking Your Gift Card Balance
Your remaining gift card value appears automatically:
- At checkout
- In your account balance (where available)
- When booking new lessons
If you redeem a gift card and don’t see the balance, contact Support.
