I can’t log in
If you can’t log in, make sure you’re using the correct TeachMe.To app and the correct phone number. Learn how to troubleshoot login issues for Students and Coaches.
If you’re having trouble logging into TeachMe.To, it’s usually due to using the wrong app or an incorrect phone number. Unlike most platforms, TeachMe.To uses one-time passcodes (OTPs) instead of passwords — so you won’t see a “Reset Password” option.
Here’s how to fix the most common login issues.
1. Make Sure You’re Using the Correct App
TeachMe.To has two separate apps, and you must log into the right one based on whether you are a Student or a Coach.
TeachMe.To Lessons (for Students)
TeachMe.To Coach (for Coaches)
If you try to log into the Coach app as a Student (or vice-versa), the OTP will not match your account and login will fail.
2. Confirm Your Phone Number Is Correct
Double-check that the phone number you enter is:
- The same number you originally used to create your account
- Entered without extra spaces or digits
- Entered with the correct country code, if outside the U.S.
TeachMe.To sends a 6-digit OTP code to this number.
If you don’t receive the OTP, you won’t be able to complete login.
3. Didn’t Receive the OTP Code? Try This
If the code isn’t arriving:
- Ensure you have cell reception or Wi-Fi calling
- Check if your phone has SMS filtering enabled
- Wait a few seconds — codes sometimes arrive with a delay
- Tap Resend code in the app
If you changed phone numbers recently, Support can help update your account details.
4. Still Can’t Log In? Contact Support
If you’re having trouble verifying your number or aren’t sure which app to use:

- Or reach Support from the Help/Support section on the website
Include your:
- Name
- Phone number
- Whether you’re a Student or Coach
- A screenshot (optional)
