TeachMe.To makes it easy to book new lessons or adjust upcoming ones directly from the app. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to schedule and reschedule, plus important details about the 24-hour rescheduling policy.
Scheduling Rules You Should Know
Rescheduling 24+ Hours Before Your Lesson
If you reschedule more than 24 hours before the lesson start time:
- ✔️ You are eligible for a lesson credit
- ✔️ No extra fees
- ✔️ You can use the credit to book a new lesson with the same coach
Rescheduling Within 24 Hours of the Lesson
If you try to reschedule within 24 hours:
- ❌ You are not eligible for reimbursement or credit
- 💳 You will be charged the full lesson fee, plus any applicable reservation fees
- 📄 This follows TeachMe.To’s Terms (§2.2)
These policies are in place to protect coaches’ time and keep scheduling consistent for both Students and instructors.
How to Schedule a Lesson (Step-by-Step)
- Open the TeachMe.To app.
- Go to the Schedule tab.This is where you will see any available lesson credits.
- Tap Schedule.
- Choose the date and time that works best for you.
- Tap Confirm to book your lesson.
Your coach will receive the request and confirm the lesson.
How to Reschedule a Lesson (Step-by-Step)
- Open the TeachMe.To app.
- Go to the Home tab.
- Select the upcoming lesson you want to move.
- Tap Reschedule.
- Pick a new date and time from your coach’s availability.
- Tap Confirm to finalize the change.
If the new time is less than 24 hours away from the original lesson, the reschedule policy will apply.
Tips for Smooth Scheduling
- Reschedule early if something changes — more availability and no fees.
- Check your coach’s schedule often; availability can shift as they get new bookings.
- If you’re on a recurring plan, rescheduling may affect future slots depending on your coach’s schedule.
