What is the payout schedule?

TeachMe.To processes coach payouts on a rolling basis—meaning you can request payment as soon as a lesson is completed. There’s no weekly cycle or batch schedule; payouts move continuously as coaches submit requests.

Here’s how it works:

Rolling Payouts After Each Completed Lesson

Once you complete a lesson and tap Get paid in the Coach App, your payout goes into processing. There’s no waiting for a specific weekly day or billing cycle — payouts begin as soon as you request them.

This system ensures:

• Faster access to your earnings
• Stable, predictable turnaround times
• No delays between lessons and payouts

Payouts Typically Arrive Within 24–48 Hours

TeachMe.To’s billing team processes payout requests within 24 to 48 hours, depending on:

• When the payout request was submitted
• Bank processing speeds
• Weekends or bank holidays
• Whether this is your first payout (which requires DOTS setup)

Most coaches see their funds deposited in their bank account shortly after the payout is initiated.

First-Time Coaches: Additional Setup Time

On your very first payout request, you will receive a text from DOTS, TeachMe.To’s payment processor, asking you to set up your:

• Payout method
• Identity verification
• Banking information

This setup only happens once.

After your DOTS account is active, future payouts flow much faster.

Where to Track Your Payouts

In the Coach App, open the Payouts section to view:

• Pending payouts
• Processing payouts
• Completed payouts
• Any adjustments (such as venue or reservation fees)

This gives you full visibility into your earnings at all times.
